Roles and Responsibilities

Exponential

• To make it as easy as possible for host churches to run events
• Provide a coordinating director to serve and help local churches
• Defining expectations and resonsibilities for host churches
• Recruiting host churches
• Defining topics to be covered in programming (e.g. Hebrews 12:1-3 theme)
• Web site for promotion, information and easy registration
• Managing online registration
• National marketing and promotion

• Customize the programming and create a unique local experience
• Coordinate programming and all on-site operations including on-site check-in, childcare, lunch, snacks, etc.
• MC / Host the sessions
• Provide facility and appropriate setup
• Actively promote the event to ensure as many church planting families in their geographic area know about the event as possible
• Decide whether to pursue sponsorships by national / local service providers and coordinate these (if applicable)
• To at least break even financially and keep cost as low as possible. Exponential to have registration system costs covered in the registration price. Other Exponential responsibilities covered free as a service by Exponential. Local churches get the balance to cover food, snacks, etc.
